 The Registration Process here at Your Day Off is simple.

1.  Contact us by Phone Fax or Email.

2.  Tell us the services in which you require.

3.  Services has to be agreed upon 100% by both parties
      and must comply with our Service Guidelines.

4.  CONTRACT WILL BE DRAFTED.

5.  We will Create a Profile of you and of your company.

6.  Establish form of payment at time of registration.

7.  Service begins - You are now a Valued Client for life.

8.  After you are a Registered Client all you have to do is

 CONFIDENTIALITY OF SERVICE

Clients will receive a paper and/or electronic report the same day services are provided. YOUR DAY OFF  will immediately notify clients of any emergency or critical situation requiring immediate action.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Any client information, plans, activities, projects, etc. disclosed to or known by 
YOUR DAY OFF  and its EMPLOYEES/CONTRACTORS, will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not directly or indirectly be disclosed, communicated, divulged or exchanged to any other person or entity. YOUR DAY OFF and its EMPLOYEES/CONTRACTORS will maintain, with the highest level of security, client’s keys, alarm access codes or any other privacy information.

 SERVICES CONDITIONS

Any client information, plans, activities, projects, etc. disclosed to or known by 
YOUR DAY OFF  and its EMPLOYEES/CONTRACTORS, will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not directly or indirectly be disclosed, communicated, divulged or exchanged to any other person or entity. YOUR DAY OFF and its EMPLOYEES/CONTRACTORS will maintain, with the highest level of security, client’s keys, alarm access codes or any other privacy information.

YOUR DAY OFF  will typically call back to service requests from clients within one hour of a telephone, voice-mail or e-mail request.

• Services are provided on a first come, first served basis. Every attempt will be made to handle emergency requests on a priority basis.
• During extreme weather conditions or restricted travel, EARHQUAKE,FLOOD,FIRE,RIOTS,WEATHER,UNEXPECTED DISASTERS,ESPECIALLY TRAFFIC GRIDLOCK -services will be provided as soon as conditions allow or are permitted.
• Services are typically provided Monday thru Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 8PM MIDNIGHT. 7 DAYS PER WEEK,and holiday services are also provided at Premium Rates. ALL NEGOTIATED AT REGISTRATION.
• As a Client of Your Day Off, day place and time are negotiable always.
• Services are provided within a  (35) mile radius of the OAKLAND ,CALIFORNIA  International Airport.
• YOUR DAY OFF reserves the right to make final decisions on the delivery of services, and any related costs.
• YOUR DAY OFF reserves the right to refuse any business request that it determines is unsafe or unsuitable.
• YOUR DAY OFF prefers a 24 hour notice to cancel requested services. If a cancellation notice is received less than 4 hours prior to the start of the service, the service will be charged at a rate of 50% of the quoted rate.
